Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on April 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Grand Prize (as defined herein).

Eligibility
The promotion is open only to (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) states and District of Columbia comprising the United States of America, (ii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the start of the Promotion Period, and (iii) who are legally permitted to purchase, own, and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws of both North Carolina and of the state of the participant’s home state.

Employees, officers, directors, immediate family members thereof (being spouses, parents, siblings, and children), and other household members thereof of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to directly or indirectly participate in the promotion.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. No person who is prohibited from acquiring or possessing firearms may enter or win the promotion.

How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, a participant can either make a qualifying purchase of any FireTech Redline warning light, siren, or electronics product at firetechlights.com/redline (one [1] entry per qualifying purchase) or enter without purchase as set forth below.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): No purchase is necessary to participate in the promotion and to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. To enter without a qualifying purchase, hand-write your full legal name, complete mailing address, full phone number, email address, and the words “Redline Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” index card and mail it to:

All AMOE entries must be received by the Sponsor not later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on September 1, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced will be disqualified from the promotion and ineligible to win the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered AMOE entries, nor for any technical issues that may affect entry by any participant.

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND GRAND PRIZE DELIVERY
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 7, 2026 (or otherwise within 10 business days of the end of the Promotion Period). Each participant’s odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by Sponsor after the drawing by email and/or telephone. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor notification and must complete and return all required documents (including Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, proof of age, and firearm eligibility verification) within seven (7) days of Sponsor notification. Failure of winner to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor’s exclusive discretion.

The Grand Prize will be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) dealer of the winner’s choice located within in the continental United States. The winner is solely responsible for all transfer/shipping fees, background check costs, FFL dealer fees, and any other costs associated with taking possession of the Grand Prise from the FFL. The winner must complete all required paperwork (including ATF Form 4473), pass all federal, state, and local background checks, and comply with all firearm transfer laws for North Carolina and for the state wherein the winner will take possession.

The winner may not elect to receive any cash alternative, substitution, or transfer the Grand Prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize (including failure to qualify under firearm laws or pass required background checks), the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s exclusive discretion.

PRIVACY
Personal information collected from each participant will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at firetechlights.com). It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the final and binding decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise manipulates the promotion in any way to obtain an unfair advantage over other participants.

TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Grand Prize, including its transfer, receipt, and use. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 or other IRS form as may be required by law.

PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state location, and company information (if applicable) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, prior notice, or winner approval.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
Sponsor is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss related to participation in the promotion or in the use of the Grand Prize. The promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without consideration of its choice of law provisions. Any dispute arising from the promotion and/or the Official Rules shall be first subject to non-binding, in-person mediation held within Henderson County, North Carolina, administered according to the North Carolina rules regarding Superior Court mediation and, if unsuccessful, such disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the District or Superior courts of Henderson County, North Carolina. Each participant expressly waives his or her rights to a jury trial and to challenge the jurisdiction of these courts, including but not limited to, challenges based upon diversity of the parties and/or forum nonconveniens.

To request the name of the winner following the drawing, send a self-addressed and stamped envelope to: HiViz Lighting, Inc., PO Box 565, Hendersonville, NC 28760 after September 15, 2026. All winner requests must be received by Sponsor not later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on October 31, 2026.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
