At HiViz Lighting Inc., we work hard to get your FireTech and Redline gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible, because when you need it, you need it now.

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom configurations, large orders, or backordered items may take longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer competitive rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected service level (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day, etc.)

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us for a quote.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain heavy or signature-required items.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier schedules. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Weather, carrier delays, or customs (for international orders) may impact arrival times.

Order Tracking

You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • For lost packages, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will replace or refund the order once the carrier confirms the loss.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During busy periods (holidays, major trade shows, etc.), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
