At HiViz Lighting Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
- You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
- Items must be in their original packaging, in new condition, and include all accessories and documentation.
- Custom-built or specially configured products, opened consumables, and clearance items are generally non-returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [support@firetechlights.com] or (703) 662-3458 with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided with your RA (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
- Include a copy of your order confirmation and reason for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
