How to Submit a Warranty Claim for Redline

Proof of Purchase

Provide a copy of your original invoice, receipt, or purchase order showing the date of purchase, seller/dealer name, and the product(s) purchased. This is required to verify ownership and warranty eligibility.

Part Number or name

Include the exact Redline product name or part number. This helps us quickly identify the product and applicable warranty terms.

Redline Warranty Overview

Redline™ by FireTech products include limited warranties based on product category. Coverage starts from the date of manufacture and applies to repair or replacement of defective parts only.

Warranty Periods:

  • 5 Years — Lighting products, warning lights, scene lights, DOT lights, and most accessories
  • 2 Years — Sirens and speakers
  • 1 Year — Controllers (including Commander Light Head Programmer™) and similar control products

HiViz may add up to a 3-month administrative grace period at its discretion.
