Work with our on-staff EVTs to troubleshoot your issue
If we determine it's a warranty claim, we will ship a replacement fixture and a shipping label for your old light ASAP.
New fixture arrives for you to make the replacement on the apparatus, and you can send the old one back to us with the provided shipping label when the swap is complete.
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Moisture intrusion
- LEDs out
- LEDs dimming
- LEDs color shifting
Our lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Abuse, accident, neglect, or other physical damage
- Melting or other thermal damage due to use outside of the product’s stated specifications
- Fixtures that have been disassembled (including those with their end caps removed)
- Fixtures that have been tampered with or repaired by any person other than us
- Cosmetic issues, deficiencies, or defects in coatings or housings which do not affect the function of the fixture
- Service or labor of installing the new fixture

Redline Warranty Overview
Redline™ by FireTech products include limited warranties based on product category. Coverage starts from the date of manufacture and applies to repair or replacement of defective parts only.
Warranty Periods:
- 5 Years — Lighting products, warning lights, scene lights, DOT lights, and most accessories
- 2 Years — Sirens and speakers
- 1 Year — Controllers (including Commander Light Head Programmer™) and similar control products
HiViz may add up to a 3-month administrative grace period at its discretion.
Key Terms:
- Remote troubleshooting with Technical Support is required before any claim is approved.
- Redline will repair the product or provide a replacement part (advance replacements not available).
- Many products are field-serviceable — replacement parts may be shipped for customer installation.
- Labor costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Cosmetic issues are not covered.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim for Redline
Proof of Purchase
Provide a copy of your original invoice, receipt, or purchase order showing the date of purchase, seller/dealer name, and the product(s) purchased. This is required to verify ownership and warranty eligibility.
Part Number or name
Include the exact Redline product name or part number. This helps us quickly identify the product and applicable warranty terms.
