Compartment Lights

The FT-CU-HD compartment light is built using the same design philosophy as our brow lights, because the problems are the same: heat, vibration, and moisture. An all-aluminum housing with integrated heat sink pulls heat away from the LEDs using passive thermal management, keeping output consistent and extending service life. The front of the light is fully potted to keep out water and grime, while the low-profile, all-aluminum construction handles vibration and abuse that is known to kill plastic “tube style” lights used by default in many applications. These things are extremely durable... Some might say overkill, but we’d rather be ridiculed for making them too durable than not-good-enough.
